Regional settings

Locale setting: 

     JBASE_LOCALE

In which codepage data is displayed (e.g. utf8, windows-1251 etc; doesn't apply to how data is stored): 

     JBASE_CODEPAGE

Time zone: 

     JBASE_TIMEZONE
     E.g. Europe/London.

Setting this variable to 1 means utf-8 environment (requires data files conversion when changed): 

     JBASE_I18N
